Originally costing as much as $1,570 for a 12-week course, now is a great time to improve on your existing skills or learn something new to improve your business.
The fee-free accredited courses are open to anyone over the age of 17 who lives or works in New South Wales and is an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or humanitarian visa holder.
The fully-accredited courses range from 12 to 26 weeks and average around three to 11 hours a week. Grow your skills in website design, eMarketing, social media, leadership, administration and more.

eMarketing for small business: Develop skills for using social media platforms whilst also building a basic website to interact with customers and promote your products.
Duration: 26 weeks – 4 hours per week
Engaging customers using social media: Develop skills for social media particularly focusing on customer interaction and product promotion across any industry.
Duration: 13 weeks – 3 hours per week
Websites for small business: Build a basic website to interact with customers and promote a wide range of products and services.
Duration: 13 weeks – 5 hours per week
Complex word processing and spreadsheets: Training in office applications like word processing and spreadsheet software at complex levels. Create letters, reports, templates, budgets with formulas and charts.
Duration: 12 weeks – 10 hours per week
Computing skills: Training in word processing and spreadsheet software applications. Master and produce letters, reports, flyers, budgets, basic formulas, charts and office templates.
Duration: 12 weeks – 17 hours per week
Excel spreadsheets: Become confident in the creation and use of spreadsheet functions. Gain the skills and knowledge to perform calculations and analyses using formulas, functions, templates and charts.
Duration: 12 weeks – 12 hours per week
Computer applications: For experienced ICT users hoping to take their knowledge to the next level. Learn how to manipulate data and access support resources to solve a range of issues across different software applications.
Duration: 12 weeks – 8 hours per week
Executive skills: For those in administration and clerical roles with the ambition to become a team leader. Learn how to facilitate meetings, manage electronic calendars and negotiate meeting arrangements.
Duration: 12 weeks – 9 hours per week
Team leader skill set: Develop skills as a team leader to communicate effectively, ensure team performance, implement operational plans and develop effective relationships within the workplace.
Duration: 26 weeks – 7 hours per week
